The hotel is very beautiful. The lobby, the furniture, the terrace with the pool view. A very tasty breakfast. The staff was friendly. A great location. Just in the city center. Five minute waking from the lake.

Hotel was very nice, breakfast was really good and tasty. Every morning there is a chef preparing eggs the way you like. Hotel has a dedicated bike room with plenty sockets for charging ebikes. Garage is near by around the corner, you just need to book it in advance to your stay. Hotel has great location near the lake, 7 mins walking distance, there is plenty of restaurants and bike rentals around. Hotel pool is smaller than it looks on the picture, but there were always some spare loungers. All staff members were nice and professional, ready to help all the time.

Very good location, close to the old town, shops and cafes. Restrained and polite employees. Very good breakfast for different tastes. Friendly service. The spa is available to guests at no extra cost. Will definitely be back.

We loved this hotel, we stayed for 3 nights in December. It was beautifully decorated with lots of antique art and furniture. Our room was large and comfortable with a balcony towards the lake with a stunning view of the mountains. Breakfast each morning was excellent and the spa/ pool facilities were great. The indoor heated pool and all saunas were open in December, which was a perfect way to spend the afternoons. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the old town center where the Christmas market was. This was my third time staying on Lake Garda but my first time in Riva and at this hotel, I enjoyed it completely and would love to return.

The room was okay. It had enough for our needs, but it would be nice to have a kettle with a tea/cups. The fridge was loud and it was a shame we couldn't turn it off. Breafast was decent, not amazing but you have options to choose from and the outdoor terrace brings the italian vibe. The spa is a bit dated, but clean.

This hotel is very grand, clean and beds comfy, with a lovely ourdoor pool area, unfortunately we didn't really have the weather to use the outdoor pool, we did try the indoor pool which was nice. The food in the morning was good with added bonus of being able to have fried eggs, crepes or choice of omelette made to order meaning you were guaranteed a hot breakfast. We did find *hot food* from the buffet despite looking to be steaming hot quickly cooled probably due to the plates being cold, so if they had the facility of warmed plates this could solve that one issue. The hotel is just at the beginning of the centre so quite a good spot.

Well situated, we opted for the comfort room which was a little more spacious than the standard rooms. Very clean and modern with both EU and British plug sockets. All the staff were most helpful.
